Peace
2022

The Peace duet by the artistic directors of Off/Balance premiered in April 2022 at the Jyväskylä City Theatre’s charity concert. The event was organized to help the victims of the war in Ukraine. In addition to the two dancers, the 15-minute piece features the poet Olli-Pekka Tennilä. The work deals with the theme of war and peace in an abstract and intuitive way and combines movement and text into a sensitive dialogue.
